Cancellations will be processed prior to shipment if requested by the customer. The goal is to create a pleasurable buying experience free from hassle. Should you decide you do not want an item, just send an e-mail and your order will be cancelled and refunded, no questions asked.
Shipping should be expected within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified with a specific items being purchased.
All we ask is that if returning an item, it is in new and unused condition with the original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.
